Becca understands that life doesn’t come with a manual, especially when things get difficult. Whether you're a parent, individual, or couple, it’s common to feel stuck or uncertain about where to turn. Becca's role is to collaborate with her clients, creating a personalized plan to help them achieve their mental health or career goals. She’s dedicated to ensuring no one has to navigate their challenges alone.

She works with a wide range of clients, including children, teens, parents, young adults, and couples. Depending on the client’s age and needs, Becca uses play therapy, CBT, and DBT to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, anger, and family conflicts. Her therapeutic approach focuses on understanding the whole person rather than just the symptoms.

Becca believes there is always hope, no matter how tough life may seem. In her view, no one is too far gone or broken; they are simply humans experiencing life’s challenges. Her priority is to offer unconditional positive regard, compassion, and care, ensuring that no problem is too overwhelming to be addressed together.
